On this property the fascias were poorly maintained and over time they unfortunately could not be repaired. The fascias had to be completely removed and replaced with new treated timber before new soffits or fascia could be installed. The gutters and fascias were close to collapse risking further damage or causing injury to anyone walking underneath them.
